I can open a window using explorer to look at websites but as soon as I try to open a second window using explorer my computer automatically closes the first window. How do I stop this?

You can also hold down the Shift Key when you click on a link. If you do this, a new window will open instead of the page opening in the original window.

Try right-clicking on the link you want to open and select, Open in New Window. If that doesn't work, or if you want to open a new window all together, just click on FILE in your current browser window and selct OPEN NEW WINDOW. This should open a new browser window to your homepage.
