WASHING MACHINE WILL NOT RELEASE WATER AFTER WASH/RINSE CYCLES?

I HAVE A HOTPOINT HESVY DUTY WASHING MACHINE 4 CYCLE,IT WILL WASH/RINSE BUT WON'T RELEASE THE WATER FROM THE MACHINE AFTER EACH CYCLE. HOW CAN THIIS BE REPAIRED?

I've had a problem like this also and found that the washer dran utlet was blocked with various bits and pieces. Try removing the drain filter and check for blockage
