how can i fix my heater on ldv 99 model?

iv tried new matix iv manualy opened the valve iv checked the water the heater blows but its cold have you any suggestions thanks ps the temperater gauge is not working

sounds like the thermostat is u/s or missing, is expansion tank cap o.k. and holding pressure - if not this could be your problem.
