hotpoint condenser dryer ctdoop?

a bra wire was jammed in the back fan wheel now the motor goes but the drum does not turn its not the belt

take off rh side panel. 4 screws at rear one on top under lid. belt also goes around a pulley wheel that keeps belt tight. if all ok. does it turn if yoy help it on its way. ie push start it. if capacitors gone next to motor
