i have a 92 chevy camaro rs 3.1 v6 i just bought a brand new alternater and it will not charge the battery...when the alternater was put on a tester it show it was fine.....the battery was tested too and it showed fine also what could it be?

if alternator on rubber bushes check earth lead,fi not check ind and batt+
