Rover hand mower?

How can I remove the plate on the bottom of the crankshaft that has the cutter blade plate mounted to it, It has a centre bolt into the crankshaft. I have removed this and wish to get the bush off.

Rover produce a dedicated puller for this. Either that use a lot of heat and a big hammer.
