I got a emachine and replaced power supply and need help?

I replaced the power supply because it would not do anything now I put new one in and plug it in and turn the switch on in the back on the power supply and the power supply turns on and the lights in the front are blinking one light is on the one D drive and around the button in the front and it is making sounds like a turn signal in a car and a ticking sound since I switch the red switch to 115 on the power supply but it wont start up can any one help me and tell me what could it be ?

no! I am not in UK , I`m in USA , and you need me to put punctuation`s in oder for you to understand what I ask ? then I`m not sure you can help me any way . what I ask is clear and what is going on , with or with out punctuation`s . you must be a teacher !

Assuming that that you are in the UK and have switched the PSU to 115 volts, it is toast.

If that is not the case try a new question. BTW, please use some punctuation as yout question is almost incomprehensible.
