BIOS?

How can fix my haywire Saturn (Pheonix +) AMBIOS on Motherboard MS 6309. I keep getting the blue screen of death with errors like this IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Please help and oblige

It's nothing to do with the BIOS! Blue screen of death means the processor has not been able to carry out an instruction because of a mathematical error. Usually means you have a corrupt file or a version that is incorrect with the O.S. (Usually because you have installed or downloaded an program with incompatible .dll files etc.) Try running 'check system files' in the start/accessories/system tools/system information menu. Also check 'system information' to see if you have files backed up which are later versions and swop them back if you have.

To be honest I doubt it's your BIOS causing the problem. More likely it is caused by bad drivers or faulty hardware.

If you have changed anything in your computer recently or updated any drivers try undoing it to see if it helps. Also, try updating to your latest drivers.

You don't specifiy which operating system your using, so I asume it's windows. If so try booting into safemode to see if that helps, as this uses a default, safe set of drivers. If you can get to safemode ok then the chances are it's a software, rather than a hardware problem.
