I have an acer aspire one and cannot seem to find out how to access the @ symbol on the keypad? please assist...

Go to control panel, select regional and language options, keyboards and languages, change keyboards and assuming you are in the U.K. the drop down should read English(United Kingdom)-English, if its not click on the add button and scroll to your desired language.
