How do i fit a new drive belt to my t/d model tc482w?

the drive belt appears to have too much slack on it

you need to wrap the belt around the black tensioner pulley in an "s" shape - you have to lever the motor housing away from the bottom to get the belt to fit, and when you let go the belt is tight
