I have problems too, when the car was delivered the btooth was dead and it needed a new module. You need to take it to the dealer to get this fixed it takes a few hours. Also, mazda have a website that tells you whether your phone is compatible with mazda, if it isnt, you're.. well buggered and will have to get a new phone. I've gone through all this, bought 2 phones and have problems still, I think its a low rent system so dont expect too much like good reception, expect the language to change by itself to things like tourag tribal (an ancient tribe in the himalayas (there are only 103 left in the world) but dont expect too much, I'm very disappointed. Go to google key in mazda 6 bluetooth and you find the support site to see if its your phone, but I'm 100% sure your module had fried as mine did.
