I have a split hose on my renault kangoo van when the hose split and dumped the water i drove it back 2 mies to get home whats the chance i have damaged the head gasket can anyone help

Thanks for your answer had a mate to have a look at it and he tells me that the pipe that has split is the pipe that works of the heating anyone know what other damage i may have done as when the hose split i drove it 3 miles home

you may have damage done. if you can replace the hose and bleed out the system. the bleed nipple will be at termostate housing or at top of radiator. after you have done this start engine with water cap off and see if you have bubbles comming up header tank. if you do your head or gasket are damaged, if you dont you should be ok.
