i have a vauxhal vectra 1999 special edition which i recently bought. i have found out that the handbrake system has seized and i was wondering how i would go about fixing it without having to pay a mechanic. i have took the wheel and brake pads off on the rear wheel on the passenger side, and i wanted to know what to do next.
