i try to program a fisher price interactv it doesn't work properly and now my dvd player has no colour and jumps really bad like a vcr that needs tracking
try cleaning the laser, there are cleaning disks, however I think these dvd players may be junk, mine broke after one day. heard the same from 2 others already.
