how can i fix my washing machine?

i have a kenmore. it gets stuck once it gets to the rinse
cycle and wont go further so the water is not draining

Sounds very much like you have a problem with the cold inlet valve this can be a double or triple valve and if one of the selenoids is duff it can affect the rinse cycle
