How do you get to the belts on a bissell steam cleaner?? I want to change the belts, however, I am at a loss as to which screws to disassemble, go from the top down, or go from bottom up to get to the belts. The model is 1699, an upright steam/carpet cleaner. Any help would be appreciated as I do not have a manual for this model!
