I need to adjust or reset picture settings withoute a remote control. Picture seems permanently zoomed

i dont think you can without the remote (try menu-tv settings-picture format set it to 16:9 or widescreen) contact genuinecopies they have an ebay shop they will do a replacement remote very cheap
