My White Knight CL 372 WW is not drying anymore. ?

Could it be the heating element? do they have heating elements? If so - are they easy to change?

there is a red reset button on the back.press this first to see if it starts to heat up.sometimes the red buttons don't press the switch behind so you have to remove the kidney shaped panel off the back and press the actual reset switch directly.
