How do I take Electrolux canister model 1521 apart?

I am looking for some instructions on taking the cover off of my Electrolux to change the motor.

On the 1521, the bumpers on the side of the unit DO NOT SLIDE OFF and provide access. The metal shell is not seperated into 2 pieces. Instead, the metal body is a solid cylindrical piece. Screws have to be removed from the top of the unit (including inside of the sliding air discharge door). Then all of the plastic atop the vacuum can be removed.
