is there timing marks on a 10d902 briggs+stratton engine?

put a new crankshaft in a 10d902 briggs+stratton engine and not sure it is alined properly with the camshaft which are driven together via a gear which seems to have a timing mark

The gear on the end of the crank that mates with the valve gear has a centre punch mark on it. Align this with the mark on the plastic valve timing gear wheel.
