How would you remove and fit a windscreen for p reg corsa?

A friend as a large crack in his windscreen so would like to buy a second hand one. He has been told they are difficult to remove and fit. Any advice would be welcome please.

if you dont have the proper tools you cant do it, these screens are bonded in and need to be cut out. get it done right please
