Can anyone tell me where I can buy a replacement blade or the code number I need. I am struggling to find one.
Thank you

The most likely fault is a failed ignition module.

There are no points on this engine.

What is referred to as the 'condenser' by the last contributor is - I think - the module concerned. It's mounted on the throttle control assembly bracket. Bad news - I have no idea where to get a new replacement. Good news is - there is an after-market alternative that costs about £5.

I have them in stock, but it's NOT a guaranteed fix - the fault could be in the coil itself. I'm still lookng for a supplier - will post back here if I succeed in finding one.

Hi , I have the same model with the same fault. Does anyone know what the correct gap is for the magneto coil to the flywheel on this power devil mower ? My flywheel was a little rusty and the coil was almost touching this, leads are all intact to the condensor and around to the single contact that also sits against the flywheel on the opposite side.

hi there are a number of reasons
ht lead broken
ht pick up broken or dirty
dirty /damaged /incorrect gap at points
condensor faulty /this will cause arking at the points and burn them out
flywheel has moved on crankshaft /broken key
faulty ht coil hope this hels chris
