how can i fix indesit wd12s?

I have a problem that when i use this machine it does not heat up. Does anyone know what could be the problem?????

hello there, ive just had the exact same problem. you will have to get a new heater element, and simple to change over. i bought mine on ebay for a decnet price. good luck.
