the door to my diamond vision dvd player wont open and its the 3rd time i have returned it for a new one....any suggestions?

It can be a number of reasons.The loading motor(test the points),the loading switch moduel or the motor IC.It can be fixed if your technically minded.But its not really worth the hassle.Dvd players nowadays aint worth fixing.you can pick a new one up for £20. Hope this helps.
