TomTom Go 910 freezes?

My 910 either will not start or freezes shortly after switch on. I think it is software related after updating on TomTom Home. I have tried a soft reset. Any ideas?

Hi If you can send the item to me because it will need a new board to be installed and that will cost you about £10 pounds but i can do it for £8 pounds and that is including recorded delivery if you can let me know soon as possible!!!!!!!!!
