Triton T900PI - No water coming out?

I have a Triton T900PI shower. When I switch it on, the pump appears to be working, yet no water is coming out. The hose and shower head are not blocked - I've checked them. How do I fix it?

try solenoid see if its open circuit thats what was wrong with mine.
