How can I fix my Bosch Tumble Dryer, WTA3003GB/01?

There is no heat coming out of my Bosch Classixx Tumble Dryer Model:WTA3003GB/01 can someone please help? I have also lost my instruction manual, is there anywhere I can get a replacement? Any help would be appreciated.

This unit has a reset (red) button on the back. Try pressing that first?

Appliance Care Ltd are nice to deal with and should be able to furnish you with a replacement manual and advise how to reset an overheat protection switch if a user servicable one is fitted. 08705 543210.
