Hello, I would be grateful for some advice. My F&P MW511 PRIDE washing machine will not spin. The washing machine goes through all the normal cycles until it gets to the spin cycle. Here it sounds like it is trying to get up to speed but after a few noises and heavy 50 Hz hum nothing happens. I can hear the motor spin up but the barrel does not engage. Any pointers?
Does it drain all the water out? Is the lid locking ok? How do you know the bowl is not spinning because if lid is locked then you can't open it to see? Is there any beeping and fault code showing?
