Blomberg Washing Machine smells?

I got this machine with the house....no manual....works OK but emits a sulphuric smell intermittently...have cleaned filter but made no difference...any ideas?

has to be open right through everything and need scrubing to take of the muck and join back and then boil wash to reduce smell.

Hi J,
i've had the same problem washing machine running normally then sudden wafts of rotten eggs that would knock you out.
i found it was the outlet pipe had built up with gunge, it's been cured with some Mr Muscle sink and drain unblocker directly into the outlet pipe leave for 15-20mins then run a boil wash with a couple of calogen tabs in the mahine.
I hope that helps you

is it plumbed into a stand pipe or into the sink drain trap? there might be a build up of crud in the pipes and/or drain. try putting a cap of white vinegar in the empty drum and washing a full, empty, wash on a hot cycle....see how that goes
