HOW CAN I FORMAT A DVD I'VE MADE SO THAT IT WILL PLAY ON A DVD PLAYER?

i've made a film on my computer and copied it to a cd-r. it will play on computers and laptops but not in dvd players. how can i format it so this will work?

i would suggest you formatt the film to mpeg there are lots of free programs on the net.
if you put it straight to a dvd disk it could work but if not it will need formatting to mpeg or a vob. file

You have to copy the film to a DVD+R or DVD-R in order for it to play in dvd players.
