How to replace screen wash bottle?

I need to replace the screen wash bottle located behind the front right wing on a 998cc Nissan Micra Mk 2.
Do I need to remove the wing or can it be done from within the engine compartment?

This can be done from under the wheel arch - road wheel and plastic arch liner have to come off first.
