I have had this recorder for 2 years plus, and regularly record from the television to DVD+R.
Recently I have found that the unit will not recognise the dvd disc when I put it in. It takes longer than normal in trying to initialise and then says NO DISC, and I am therefore unable continue. I have tried different makes of disc with the same result. It does recognise pre recorded dvd's and also ones written and finalised by the machine itself at an earlier time.
