CBR 125 (SONIC ASIA) Exhust vale keeps on going tight?

the exhaust tappet clearance keeps closing thus stopping the engine on tick over, this is after replacing the tappet screw and nut, would this be a problem with the cam?? Thank you if you can help. J. Corkin Thailand

If the cam was wearing, the tappet clearance would actually increase, rather than decrease....the normal situation here would be the valve wearing into its seat, due to the hard coating being worn away. I can't think of any other reason for this one!
