Clio immobiliser Problem ?

Hello I have got a Renault Clio RN W plate (2000).
When I start my car sometime it will work and sometime it wont start, I've try unlocking and locking my car with the key but but it only sometime the immobliser go off and stops flashing.
Can someone help me please.
