What speeds should Peugeot 406 auto gearboxes change up?

I think my 2003 Peugeot diesel automatic stays too long in 2nd and 3rd before changing up. 34mph 2nd to 3rd and 48 mph 3rd to 4th

Can anyone please tell me what speed it should change up (on level ground with no load)
