just changed black & color cartridges (2 & 3) in my lexmark x2580. keep getting message that ink levels are low in both, when trying to print, alignment message appears. also both color & black lights are on on the control panel. I bought genuine lexmark cartridges from officedepot. how can i resolve this problem?
