triton biarritz, no hot water?

Can anyone help?? It was working fine, now there is no hot water,, just cold, i assume there is an element in the can assembly?? and this may be the fault?? Also there is a thermal cut off on top of it,, don't know which of these i should go for??? HELP

if it is stone cold it will be one of the thermal cut outs, one on the top of the can, or the one on the outlet pipe, both need checking for continuity, for spares ring 0845 126 4141, national shower spares. or visit www.showerspares.com
