Can anyone tell me where to obtain a new line spool for a Big Bear petrol strimmer. or even how to contact the company that makes them. The one fitted has partly disintegrated. Many thanks.
Screwfix referred me to B&Q (obviously an in house joke). I have even been reduced to emailing the Chinese embassy to find the manufactures address but no reply. Don't buy.

do not buy. There is no where to buy spare parts. Bought from Screwfix, who say they are unable to obtain spare parts for this item. This should have been made clear prior to purchase.

I have a similar problem in locating a replacement spool for my Big Bear cordless strimmer. I bought it from Screwfix but they do not stock them.
I was advised by Gr8 spares to buy 1.2mm line from B&Q and wind on myself.
A nonsense really.
