I have a 2 GB Lexar flash drive that doesn't work?

I have a 2 GB Lexar flash drive that says "Impact" on the front. Every computer I've tried it on doesn't recognize it, except for once when I rebooted with it in and there was a blue screen saying "Please wait...", but other than that, nothing recognizes it. I need help
