Punto with an intermittent miss ?

I have 98 Fiat Punto 1.2

It has an intermittent miss (slight)but only under load .i.e. a steep gradient, but on a long hill no problem.

Does this even when the engine is warm.

I have put Redex carb cleaner through it.

Any suggestions would greatly appreciated

Sounds like electrical breakdown ! Try tune up -- Bad wire, plug etc...
