JVC TH-C3 DVD Digital Theater changer won't eject DVD?

5 disc changer can't eject disc from player... either jams or leaves it "floating" in player. How can I get it out (belongs to Netflix)? Don't mind dismantling it, but don't want to damage unit or disc.
