repair my 05 meriva?

i have a 05 vauxhall meriva 1.4 engine management light came on been on computer cylinders not firing
ive changed coil and plugs car runs ok when start up then runns erratic now not firing on pots 1 and 4 will this be an ecu fault engine management.
