triton t100si fault?

Whilst using shower,there was a flash inside the cover. Now it is luke warm on it`s highest setting. What is the likely cause. Thankyou

It sounds like one of the elements has gone open circuit, and so the shower is working on reduced power. You should also check the wiring for any signs of heating.
