i have a 2003 primastar which has run perfectly for years up until saturday eve. when i went to starther on sunday morning - NOTHING. the coded key appears fine the red immobiliser light goes out, the engine cranks perfectly over and over but nothing. my local garage have had the gismo working on it but this has also drawn a blank. the injectors appear to be getting fuel and there is plenty of pressure. the only code flashed up was the camshaft sensor. which i suppose is a possibility any ideas?

Hello I have a Nissan Primastar SWB 55 plate and the immobiliser will not turn off, thus the van does not start. The red immobiliser light on the dash board constantly flashes and all dash board lights are working. Have checked all the obvious things but still to no avail. There were several times when touching the hazard warning lights, it deactivated and the van started, but now with fiddling with the switch it has no effect. Please can you help.

hi i have had the same problem and the pump can be tested if you get a friend to turn it over and then with the bonet open pump the manual pump really hard if it fires thats your problem, at first thought it was electrical
