Kenmore Series 90 - Agitates, but will not spin out?

I have a kenmore 90 Series Washer - The unit has recently stopped SPinning out - Although the washer will agitate it needs a little push to begin the spin - I replaced the motor coupler and the washer still has the same problem - Any suggestions?
