How can I fix my Mira Sprint 9.5 KW which will not start?

When electricity is switched on the power neon illuminates.
When the start button is pressed the power neon immediately goes out, no water flows through the shower.
The water pressure is good and the low flow neon remains off.
Any idea what is wrong?
