Blue smoke ?

Hi i have a 2003 sprinter when vehicle hot and ticking over at traffic lights etc when i pull away get blue smoke from exhaust,only on take off then stops. No smoke at all on starting hot or cold. The van has done 105000 mls . Any ideas please.
