You should find the fuse box by the drivers feet, at least that is where mine is on my 93 model

under the dash - driver's side - press in plastic color coded fuses - be sure the amperage you use is correct (the correct amperage is marked on the fusebox itself on the corresponding slot).
do not use a higher amperage fuse than is called for.

There is one under dash on drivers side and one on paasengers side and one under the hood ....if its a conversio van there is one ......where I don`t know it depends on the people who converted it .................
