It needs resetting.
Take off the back panel and the on the back of the panel is another panel with 2 screws. undo those and you will see 2 dks, 1 white, 1 brown/black. The brown/black one willve a hole in the middle. Poke a pin into the hole and you will hear a click. The machine is reset and just reassemble the panels.
