My tumble dryer is leaking water on to the floor and no water is going into the collection reservoir. Is this because something is blocked, or discontected inside? Water seems to be coming from pipe that exits the rear panel near the base.

It seems the O ring seal where the water container fit into the drain from the condensor has perished> A simple job to replace. Remove the water tank and turn the unit upside down to remove the screw on the white block which is visible. You shoul see a groove at the end of a spring loaded plunger. This is where the O ring fits. Re assembly is the reverse of above
